Ramadhani Nyandwi was born in Rumonge province in Burundi. In 2009, he joined the Pharmacy Department at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Rwanda (Ex-National University of Rwanda), in Rwanda, from which he graduated in 2013. In 2013-2014, he worked as a pharmacist at Pharmacie Iwacu of Rumonge. In September 2014, he learned Turkish at Ankara University Foreign Language Education Center, Bursa branch. In 2015, he began his Master's degree in Pharmacology and Toxicology at Uludağ University Institute of Health Sciences in Bursa, Turkey. In December 2017, he joined the University of Burundi Faculty of Medicine as an Assistant Lecturer. In 2018, he began his PhD studies at the University of Burundi Doctoral School in the field of Natural, Life and Bio-Engineering Sciences. He is currently a member of Young East African Health Research Scientists’ Forum, Associate Editor of the East Africa Sciences Journal, and member of the International Research Consortium based at Lagos State University’s African Centre of Excellence in STEM Education (a World Bank Project), Nigeria.
