Dr Bernard Tembo is an Energy Economist and Engineer. In the last 12 years, his focus has been energy policy, access, supply, economics of energy infrastructure development and climate change. He completed his PhD at University College London in Energy and Economics. He is currently a Research Fellow at Zambia Institute for Policy Analysis and Research. He has been and still is a member of various research consortia, some of which were funded by the United Kingdom Research and Innovation (UKRI), International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI), World Bank and Climate and Development Knowledge Network (CDKN).
